Franz Neumeyer, Chris Monk and Detlef Gumze, three Executive and Business Coaches with German, US and UK background  teamed up in 2009 to explore a new paradigm in leadership which reconnects company success more with social progress again. Together the team brings a breadth of experience from cross-cultural business leadership, management consulting, military training, master coaching and leadership and organizational development.

"In our organizational leadership roles we felt more and more that we could no longer "be ourselves" to create organisational success. Business requirements seemed increasingly in opposite to the needs of individuals and society. After we left these roles we started a personal journey which lead us to our "True Nature" as Holistic Beings, we explored the timeless principles which guide the Universe and started applying these learnings to our own businesses. With The Connected Leader Program we share our lessons with courages leaders and organisations who are ready to explore the believe that social justice, environmental sustainability and personal fulfillment can be balanced with longterm proitability.

Franz Neumeyer, a former global CEO states: “I believe all business exists to serve the needs of society. Because we lost this thought more and more we experience a lack of sustainability and fulfillment in many aspects of the economy. The more we learned about this new way of thinking, the more we could see how many ancient traditions and wisdoms also used similar principles in their leadership and organizational approach.  We wanted to create transformational possibilities and felt compelled to develop a deep personal journey and Master Leadership Program around these Natural Laws and Quantum Physics principles”.

Detlef Gumze, a former Management Consultant, Entrepreneur and Master-Coach Trainer, explains: “As long as leaders operate from only one perspective, the materialistic, machine-like and fixed worldview, they really don’t have choices. We offer an alternative way of thinking, acting and being, which leads to truly new solutions. Choices that better bridge the demands of the current environment with the desire for more meaning, balance, collaboration and sustainable corporate cultures”.
