Evolution demonstrates an ongoing development from lower levels of complexity (e.g. single cell organisms) to higher levels of complexity (e.g. human beings). For this development to take place, a higher level of cooperation in the system is required.

The rapid globalization of society and business during the last 20 years also reflects a significant increase in complexity. However, the necessary increase in cooperation in the system has not happened yet. Many challenges within and between organizations, as well as in society, can be traced back to this void.

However, a "Connected Organization" is much more aligned with the higher complexity of the global world through significantly higher levels of internal and external cooperation. It is therefore more likely to experience sustainable success in the future marketplace.

We are willing to walk together in partnership with leaders that have integrated "The Connected Leader" concepts for themselves individually, and who are now ready to take steps to lead their organization on the journey to become a "Connected Organization".

Our "Connected Organization" Vision is a two step process:

1. Embark on the journey to become an Integrated Organization
2. Then explore the 'New Territory' of the Holistic Organization
