Recently successful answers are losing their significance and new answers are hard to find with the same thinking that created them.

Historians explain that the current way of thinking is based on a set of beliefs that developed during the Renaissance. They include beliefs in continual economic growth, that nature is here to be exploited, that only things which can be seen and measured are true, that materialism will ultimately bring happiness, that scarcity is the ‘norm’ and, therefore, that only the fittest and best will survive. As a result business and political leaders often feel disconnected from themselves, because they find it difficult to live their personal values under the pressure of this system.

What if these paradigms weren’t true? Are there alternatives?

Albert Einstein, Max Planck and other Quantum Physicists discovered in the early 20th century (and many wisdom traditions before) that 'everything is energy'.  With this (re)discovery a new leadership and business paradigm has emerged that is much better aligned with the current interconnected and complex reality than the more independent, separated existence that was prevalent when industry and capitalism first evolved.
