The Connected Leader Journey

Connected Leadership is a holistic way of Being AND Leading. It´s not simply a new management style. Beginning at the very personal level of Being and Leadership, it's an approach that can be followed all the way through to the implementation of new organizational culture, strategies and structures leading to Holistic Sustainable Performance.

Stage 1 – Personal Shift (From Ego-based Leadership to Holistic Leadership)

During this opening personal development journey, participants become aware of their holistic nature as Body AND Mind AND Soul Beings. As a result they are able to connect with their “HIGHEST Potential” as Individuals and Leaders. They start developing more “Heart Qualities” and operate more and more from a feeling of (Self-) Love and Connectedness, and less from fear and separation. Shifting to live from this paradigm will reconnect participates with their “Inner Wisdom” and they will understand that shift on the ‘outside’ happens as a result of shift on the ‘inside’. They will recognize how they create the current reality, and start consciously creating new realities aligned with their meaning and purpose. People will recognize the importance and effectiveness of energetic laws and the Power of Now, and will integrate these into their life and work. As a result they start to experience more ease, joy and balance; and it will become easier to align with constantly changing realities (‘riding the waves of change’). By applying the "AS-WELL-AS" perspective, participants will find new solutions for complex questions and they become able to integrate polarities like 'Profit AND Sustainability' or 'Male AND Female' perspectives. “Connectedness” will be recognized as a key strategic leadership competence for the future.

Stage 1 builds the internal foundation for leaders and teams to experience personal fulfillment and to create integral sustainable organizations.

Stage 2 – Collaborative Shift (From Cooperation to Collaboration)

During this stage participants will recognize how sustainability can be achieved in a highly complex and interdependent global world through a higher level of collaboration and systemic thinking. They will shift to a deeper level of connectedness with others, and discuss where there is a place in business for the strongest energy in the universe – Love. Participants will develop a higher level of appreciation for differences (e.g. other cultures), and they will experience the intelligence and nurturing benefits of nature. Together they will expand their dialogue competence, strive for true collaboration (‘win-win-win’), and leverage differences in order to co-create entirely new synergistic solutions based on the higher creativity of the collective intelligence. They will experience being “at one with nature” and, as a result, learn lessons that will inspire new solutions in symbiotic alignment with the environment, including cyclical and systems thinking.

Stage 3 - Leadership Shift (From the Individual Leader to "The Connected Leader")

During this stage of our journey the focus is on integrating the holistic personality and the energetic laws into our leadership work to become authentic and inspiring role models.  As “Full Spectrum Leaders” participants operate from a “higher-order logic” and learn to trust the guidance of their “Inner Wisdom” to develop their “HIGHEST Potential”. They become aware that they don't have to “make things happen”, and instead they can create the energetic conditions to “let things happen”. Therefore, they achieve more with less efforts. Leaders will develop and integrate Leadership tools and Management practices in alignment with the energetic laws, and they will establish context-based leadership behaviors working alongside other leaders. All people and Nature have an intrinsic value and material and spiritual values are considered equal in decision-making. Together the participants will complete a “Make a Difference” project and will increasingly experience meaning and fulfillment in work and life.  They will also support others in finding their own “Inner Wisdom”. At the end of this stage, leaders who have made their shifts are able to act as role models for “Connectedness” (“Be the change”) and are able to start creating corporate cultures that support the building of 'Holistically Sustainable Organizations'.

Stage 4 - Organizational Shift (From internally cooperative to holistically collaborative organizations)

In this final stage leaders define the key characteristics and measurements of a an “Holistic Sustainable Organization”.  They learn how to lead their own organization through transformation to become such an organization. They understand organizations as living entities and energetic fields, and recognize corporate cultures as leading indicators for operational and financial performance. Together participants develop the necessary steps and elements of “Whole System Transformation” as a non-linear, cyclical process  including the measurement of cultures (“Self Awareness of Organizations”). They understand the co-creation of a soul-based corporate culture, including the involvement of the collective intelligence, as a process of building coherent attraction fields and they develop market plan structures to optimize “The Whole”.  To support future sustainability we will introduce networking experts to the group. By the end of this stage leaders should be able to support their organizations in the shift from “Success to Sustainability” and from “Being the best in the world” to “Being the best for the world.

Finally we will celebrate this insightful journey that we have taken together.
