Connected Leadership is an authentic way of Being and Leading. It´s a shift towards Holistic Sustainable Performance

At the core of the Connected Leader concept is the belief that holistically sustainable organizations can only be created by authentic leaders and leadership teams who operate from a perspective of balance and responsibility. A key component is the integration and alignment of inner beliefs and external behaviours of leaders, their teams and their organizations in order to transform to become 'Holistically Sustainable'. This concept is built on an energy-based paradigm where ancient wisdom meets with modern quantum physics and 'forgotten' spiritual values. It provides radically expanded possibilities for how people live, lead and create organizations. This approach addresses leaders and teams that look for new and expanded perspectives in their lives and work, and who want to create truly sustainable organizations (“Be the leader you long to be…”).

As a key element of this new approach we have developed a tailored Master Leadership Program "The Connected Leader": a journey of discovery through four levels of connectedness (Self, Others, Nature, Source/Field). This tailored program nurtures authentic, aligned and inspiring leaders and teams with the major goal of establishing a shift towards Holistic Sustainability. The Connected Leader program integrates a new approach into the Organizational Transformation process: Connected Leaders and Connected Teams acting as role models themselves for the ongoing change.
