Whole Systems Transformation Program

Organizations don’t transform – people do! And that's why our Whole System Transformation program begins by working closely with the senior leadership team because it is their role modelling of new beliefs, values and behaviours that will be the single most important success factor in transforming the entire organization.
To manage cultural transformation, organizations must be able to measure it. We use the powerful Cultural Transformation Tools to monitor the 'pulse' of the organization.
Our three phase Whole System Transformation program combines many elements from global executive coaching (personal alignment), executive team coaching (executive team alignment) with additional elements about culture definition, measurement, structure and systems (organizational alignment). Parallel work in different locations around the world during the implementation phase becomes an important success factor.
Program Outline: a typical three-phase Whole System Transformation program takes 18 to 30 months. Several coaches and consultants from different global locations can be involved.
